My good friend Chris's sister's cat just had kittens (say THAT three times fast :). I begged Amy to let me take their pictures. I must say, people who make a living off of cute kittens and puppies have got it made. This was SO much fun, I would pay to do this often.

Fall and Carrie pictures
I am catching up with my photo-editing from a few weeks. This is quite e mixture of photography! Some are very edited, while others are pure out of the camera images. The first group is from a weekend trip I took with my dad to the Thousand Islands.
This is one of my favorite pictures of the season. I'm photographing a puddle, but focusing on the trees above me. The yellow "smudges" are leaves in the puddle. The illusion of moment is from the water trickling around the leaves in the puddle while the shutter remained open, as well as the wind blowing the trees around above me.
Isn't this water tower amazing?! It's one of three or four that still remain in the Thousand Islands. It was built in 1901.
There is only way to get out to the island :)
Playing with shutter speed.
These following photos were taken at Highland forest. I went for a walk on a beautiful fall day and discovered AMAZING light. I thought to myself, "This would so great if I had someone to take portraits of!" Then I realized that I did :)

My sister Maryann while we were waiting to see Bill Nye the Science Guy.
