Photo Editing - Day 2

Here are the photos I edited today. More are sure to follow...

Yosemite Falls from the valley.

My attempt to make my photo look like an Ansel Adams photograph.

Maryann looking cool.

My favorite Yosemite picture. First time I went to Yosemite years ago I took this exact picture. The only difference this time is the lighting is better on half dome, I'm wearing sandals instead of running shoes, and the overall quality of the image is better. Other than that, I think I was even sitting on the same rock :)

Becky looking up at the falls.

My mother reading a menu at a restaurant in San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf area, that I believe may have been run by the mob.

Becky on a cable car.

A creepy tree I walked by in Redwood National Park.

Amazing lighting at the camp sight across from us. I think this camp ground was my favorite of all the places we stayed.

Maryann being carsick :)

Panorama of Crater Lake with Becky.

The Hardman Family!

Another Panorama of Crater

A night shot of the Hardman family sitting around the fire. Can you see the big dipper above them?

Back from vacation - Photo Editing Day 1

I'm back! The vacation of a life-time! I am so blessed to have a family that enjoys life as much as I do. We traveled for 3 and a half weeks in an RV to many of the western National Parks. I have only been able to edit a handful today. Obviously I won't be editing every photo, since I took over 30 Gigs!! I will be dropping photos little by little the next few days as I go through them. Here are the first edits: enjoy!

Do you notice the reflection in her glasses on the left? It's half dome, and the far end of the Yosemite valley.

On my way back to Upstate NY from Denver I stopped in Huntington WV, where my grandfather and all my relatives on my mother's side are buried. I went looking for them in this cemetery just as the sun was setting. Unfortunately, it was the wrong cemetery. :P
