Going abstract crazy!

Ok, it's been a year since I posted, and so much has changed.  I have become obsessed with finding abstracts in nature - usually in extreme macro shots.  I'm having so much fun with it, that I don't see myself getting tired of this for quite some time (possibly ever!).  Enjoy some of my recent favorites!

August - Vacation of Champions

Going to Glacier - 

I love the Oregon Trail.  The idea of it.  The game.  The history.  There is also a lot of Oregon Trail stuff in the middle of Wyoming and Idaho.  So, if you're taking a trip to Glacier NP.....you also plan to find a few Oregon Tail ruts along the way :).

May - Grand Lake Weekend

Right before the high season kicks off, we headed to the mountains when the prices are lower, and so are the temperatures.  Since things were so quiet we were able to see more moose in 5 minutes then we had ever seen in our lives.  Even without their antlers, we were in awe of these amazing creatures.  They were everywhere.  Lucky us :)

So what do you do with a Toddler when your room is next to a river?  You throw LOTS of rocks.

I don't think I can ever be as happy as this little boy was.  All it takes is a river, and few rocks to throw.
